Planning a group vacation? Don’t want the headache of making all the plans yourself? The Group Department at Vacation Express is here to save you from the hassle.

Flexibility. While we may not be able to contort ourselves into a Yoga Scorpion Pose on demand, we will work with you on your group's payments and policies when possible. Our flexibility can be limited by the parameters of a particular air and/or hotel contract, but the same can be said for stiff joints and muscles. We will take things as far as we can before falling onto the floor from exhaustion.
Variety. We don't just specialize in leisure groups, but we can help you plan weddings, meetings and incentives, special events, you name it. So you have a group that wants to set up a break dancing expo on the beach? We might first let you know that break dancing is not easily accomplished in the sand, but we can put you in touch with some experienced light and stage people. Need to ship a lot of headbands

We also won't tell your boyfriend that your "roommate" is actually that really cute guy you met at the pool the last time you were in Mexico. We know when to mind our own business.
Expertise. Our Group Department staff shares a combined total of 50 years of experience in the travel industry. Most of the time, we can provide the answers to your questions immediately. If not, we know where to find the answers you need. We’ll help you choose the perfect fit for your group, making recommendations along the way. Whether you prefer lots of activity or lots of doing nothing, we’ll steer you in the right direction. Most of the staff have visited many of our destinations and hotels, so we can speak from first-hand experience. We know a lot about our product line, even if we do say so ourselves.
Customer Service. We're not robots. And that means real, live, friendly human beings at your service. We'll listen to your needs as intently as your hairdresser, but you can't blame us when you get off the plane with bad hair from having fallen asleep with your head against the fuselage. Really, we are nice people, and a successful group program is our number one priority.

For Students - Cancun is always a great choice. Oasis Cancun, Gran Caribe Real, and Cancun Palace are a few of the tried and true resorts. Chaperones are almost always a must. Someone should gauge the alcohol consumption, after all.
For Bachelors - Temptation Cancun and Hedonism in Jamaica are ideal. What happens there stays there. (Refer to our Confidentiality statement above.)
For Weddings - Palace Resorts Mexico and Punta Cana offer some of the best wedding inclusions going. Negril, Jamaica and St. Lucia are also good places to look when thinking about planning your extra special day. Going barefoot on the beach is a great way to begin a marriage. Making sure your mother-in-law always has a fresh drink is another.
