Race for the Conch Swim: A Turks & Caicos Tradition

The Race for the Conch Swim in the Turks & Caicos Islands is partly for the kids, partly for the adults, and entirely fun for all!

Taking place on July 2, the event is open to everyone regardless of their skill level! For kids, there is a 100 meter swim. For adults, there are three options to accommodate any level- a .5 mile swim, a 1 mile swim, and an Ironman-length 2.4 mile swim, with the winner taking home a special conch trophy.
