No Problem, Mon! Jerk Chicken
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of kosher salt
½ cup of lime juice
1 jar of Walkerswood Mild sauce
½ cup of Soy Vay Island Teriyaki sauce
1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken breasts
Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix lime juice, mild sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a medium-sized bowl. Pour mixture over the chicken and make sure both sides are equally covered. Cook chicken over low heat on each side until done.
This dish is traditionally paired with rice and peas. We decided to switch things up and pair ours with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Our dish is pictured below.
